We offer a comprehensive suite of mobile testing solutions to cater to your specific needs including: unlocking your heritage, empowering your health, fast and accurate results, unmatched convenience, and confidentiality you can trust.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you might need to reschedule your DNA testing appointment. Here’s our policy to ensure fairness and efficient scheduling:
Cancellation:
- Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel their appointment.
- Cancellation made 72 hours (3 days) or more before the scheduled appointment time will be processed without penalty. Clients can reschedule their appointment for a different date and time based on availability.
Late Cancellation:
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment time will be considered late cancellations.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for late cancellations. However, clients can still reschedule their appointment for a different date and time based on availability. A rescheduling fee will be applied to cover administrative costs associated with the late notice.
No-Shows:
- Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Clients can reschedule their appointment for a different date and time based on availability. A rescheduling fee will be applied to cover administrative costs associated with the late notice.
Policy Exceptions:
- In rare instances, Kindred Link may consider exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy on a case-by-case basis. This might include situations involving documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances beyond the client's control.
Communication:
- Clients are encouraged to call us at 1-866-866-5260 or email us at info@kindredlink.org as soon as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment.
- Confirmation emails or phone calls will be sent to clients 72 hours before their scheduled appointment as a reminder.
